Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by RAINBOW-BOW on the website rainbowbow.com.

2. Products The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. However, product photos are non-contractual.

3. Orders Orders are placed directly on the website. Any order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

4. Prices and payment Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges. Payment is made at the time of the order by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the site.

5. Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order (except for pre-orders). Delivery times are indicative and do not bind RAINBOW-BOW in case of delay.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or incur penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

8. Disputes In case of dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@rainbowbow.com. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, French courts will have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.

9. Modification of the T&Cs RAINBOW-BOW reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of the order.
